The ability to determine what you want to be, do or have in life.  Have a sense of direction and know where you’re going.  If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do.You can have anything you want, if you have clear goals.Be decisive.  If you cannot make decisions readily, you’ll always work for people who can.  80% of decision should be made the first time they come up.  It’s easy to make decisions if you know what you want.Have a vision.  If you want to reach your dreams, you need to have a dream.  Where people lack in vision, they perish inside.  You’re vision needs to be big enough that excites you and others to get involved. The best way to predict the future, is to create it.
"Once in a while you get a moment of clarity an inspiration and they don't come that frequently."

Key 2: Competence

"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
The definition of competence is the ability to do something successfully or efficiently. What commit to something and stick to that something for a long time, opportunities will come your way. The harder you work and pursue something the better you get.

You can think of them as trustworthiness and strength. They're first judging you on warmth; evaluating whether or not you are trustworthy. That's much more important to them than whether or not you're competent.

Key 3Concentration

"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself “Is this the best use of my time?” before you start anything."

This means that we as people we really need to focus on the positive and also the determine your future.worthiness of our positive choices to know we are concentrated. To concentrate is very important because it can d There is quote that i found that is very inspirational and right for this key.
" What does it take to be a champion? Desire, dedication, determination, concentration and the will to win."
Patty Berg

Key 4: Common Sense

Train your mind
think things through
listen to your intuition

learn from setbacks

Common sense is good sense and sound judgment in practical matters. What this definition means is having good judgment on the right and wrong things in life. Some words that are similar to the meaning of common sense is good sense, sense, native wit, sensibleness, judgment, levelheadedness, prudence, discernment, canniness, astuteness, wisdom, insight, perception, practicality, capability, resourcefulness, gumption, savvy, and smarts. These are just a few words that are very alike when it comes to common sense. An example of common sense is if your in a situation that you need to have the common sense to do it right and efficiently. Most people have the incapability to do that so they will struggle in most situations. There is quote that can really relate to this quote by one of my favorite people, Albert Einstein.
"Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."
                 -Albert Einstein

Key 5: Creativity

"Except the fact that every human being is a genius.  The hallmark of creativity is asking questions.  The people who are most creative ask the most questions."
Creativity is very important because it shows that you can come up with your own ideas. You must have a good imagination to be creative. People who are creative think outside the box. There is a quote that i think of when i hear the word creative. “Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light and shadows. Select only things to steal from that speak directly to your soul. If you do this, your work (and theft) will be authentic. Authenticity is invaluable; originality is non-existent. And don’t bother concealing your thievery - celebrate it if you feel like it. In any case, always remember what Jean-Luc Godard said: “It’s not where you take things from - it’s where you take them to."
                                                    - Jim Jarmusch
Key 6: Consideration
"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life."
"Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator.  Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."

"If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you’ll be the best educated person in history."

Key 7: Consistency

"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."

Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work.  Be the person that people can depend upon.  That if you say you’ll do something you do it.."

Key 8: Commitment

"No success is possible without commitment.  The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success."

"Become totally absorbed in your work.  Be totally committed."
"Become totally absorbed in your work.  Be totally committed."

Reflection: The word commitment can mean lots of positive and interesting things. A couple of words that mean the same thing but in a more positive way than it already sounds is  dedication, devotion, allegiance, loyalty,  and faithfulness. All of these words have a positive sound to them. But they all mean one thing and it id to have devotion and willingness in you work no matter what it is. An example of being committed is when you devote your self in to studying for an exam and you don't let the little things distract you. That is devotion to you work other wise known as commitment. There is a quote that I think of when I hear the word commitment.
Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work. Vince Lombardi.

Key 9: Courage

"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."
To have courage mean you are willing to do anything that you desire with no fear. You are not scared of failing, you are prepared for whatever will be happening next. If you are scared to fail then you will never try to do new things and will end up not being successful. The people who are successful are the people who try new things.Courageous people are not afraid, they just face their fears.Fear and courage tend to be habits. If you’re afraid and you back away, you’ll form a habit of always backing away.If you’re afraid and you face your fear, you’ll form a habit of facing your fear and your fears will go away.Always move forward.  Don’t stay still and play it safe. There is no security in life, only opportunity.  The more you seek opportunity, the more security you’ll have.  The tend to seek security, is the low road to failure. If you are not at least a little bit afraid 4-5 times a day, you’re not moving forward. The fear of failure, is the single greatest reason for failure in life. The fear of failure can be counteracted by facing the fear.Persist in the face of adversity.Wait until things to completly the worst.  THen it’s the person that picks themselves up and says, “nothing is going to stop me”Develop the quality of being unstoppable.Make the decision that you can be tired, you can be worn out, but nothing will ever stop you.

Final Reflection

The ten keys to personal power are way to achieve all of your goals that you are dreaming. This keys gives information and techniques that show you that you don’t need to be defeated by anything, that your life can have more love, joy, peace and energy than you ever had before. These ideas are not new. They have been around for thousands of years. They have been tested and proved many, many times all over the world. This keys can benefit by making me believe that i can achieve any goal that i have or will set in life.I have little by little tested these keys on different occasions and have proven to be helpful. The key that I’m applying now is confidence  because i have no confidence about my ability. The difference this key is doing to me is that I’m starting to believe in myself and my ability. I will incorporate the other keys into my Life Planning plans by starting reading each goal and starting to apply on of this into the effort to achieve it.
